Check your order as soon as it arrives. All damages have to be noted on delivery receipt. Report
any damages or shortages within 7 calendar days to the Capital Tool Industries management at

Keep any damaged merchandise and/or containers for inspection. If the product got damaged
during transit, file a claim with the carrier.
When you select the carrier, check the order on arrival and note damages on delivery receipt.
Report any shortages or damages to the trucker within 7 days and keep damaged merchandise
and/or containers for the truckers' inspection and file a claim with them.
