Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellations/refunds will be subject to the decision made by the Capital Tool Industries management.


  • Check your order as soon as it arrives. All damages have to be noted on delivery receipt. Report any damages or shortages within 7 calendar days to the Capital Tool Industries management at capitaltool@usa.net or

  • Keep any damaged merchandise and/or containers for inspection. If the product got damaged during transit, file a claim with the carrier.


  • When you select the carrier, check the order on arrival and note damages on delivery receipt. Report any shortages or damages to the trucker within 7 days and keep damaged merchandise and/or containers for the truckers' inspection and file a claim with them.
